Nikki & Adam

Nikki and Adam are getting married in Cuba next year (yay for destination weddings!!). They also have the cutest furry family! We started off with some family photos with Trey, Abby, and Phyllis.

What a bunch of troopers! The Jacksons really deserve a gold star for putting up with me! We started our adventure by almost getting stuck in the mud trying to get to an abandoned barn for photos! We quickly aborted that plan and headed to the Provincial Museum grounds for family fun. It was a ccoooold day but they were awesome and still managed to make the weather look enjoyable! Here are a few of my favorites from that ccooooold day!

Maddy and Joshua

Maddy and Joshua are absolutely adorable! And talk about energetic kids! I had a bit of a workout chasing them around. I wasn't able to capture as many pictures of Joshua as I wanted because he was just too darn speedy Gonzalez for me!


Contrary to what some people may believe, Maddy junior was named after a Coach purse, not after Madeline, that cute little French girl, or me, that cute little asian girl. ;) Maddy junior and I have a bit in common though, such as: we are both blessed to have wonderful parents and an older brother we love, and we both have a love of shoes!

New pictures of Krystle and Pat as I finish up post processing their photos. They were up for anything and I love how the photos turned out! If you look very closely, you would notice that Krystle has gorgeous long arms that would turn Michael Phelps green with envy!

Krystle and Pat are as witty and beautiful as they are tall. (they are VERY tall). I met Krystle 5 years ago when I had my first nursing job. She taught me fundamental skills such as "don't touch this end, that's a needle." We had some great times together. I am ecstatic that they are getting married in a few months! Here are a few samples of their engagement pics!

mama Heather just had a birthday ;) and is also a wonderful doula in the Edmonton / St. Albert area. We thought it would be fun to take some photos. She was brave enough (being a ginger!) to face the sunny Saturday afternoon and let me take photos for hours! Thank you Heather!

I am ecstatic that my sunburst afghan is finally done! The afghan means a lot to me as it was started during a very emotional time during my life. I am happy that is is completed and I must say... I LOVE IT!
